Due to health violations and unsanitary reasons, under NO circumstances, are glosses from Gloss Galore able to be exchanged or returned!

LASHES:
In order for lashes to be exchanged, they must:
- not be worn or used!
- must still be in original packaging, in original condition!
*NO USED ITEMS ACCEPTED! - including TRY-ON USAGE*

There are no refunds given to customers. Once Gloss Galore is notified about an item, if/when the circumstances are approved, the customer will be sent another item equal to/less than the original item that was purchased.
